Facility Policy:

• Court shoes and sports attire must be worn at all times while on court for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. Customers violating club dress code will be denied entry or asked to step off the courts. Our bathrooms are equipped with changing stations to change into sports attire.

CourtReserve Registration Policy:

• Court Reservations & Private Lessons cancellations will be approved if submitted 24-Hour prior. Refunds will be issued in account credits.

• Open Play Drop-In cancellations will be approved if submitted 1-Hour prior. Refunds will be issued in account credits.

Classroom Policy:

• Students are enrolled in 10-lesson bundles, to be used within a three-month period.

• A 24-hour advance notice is required for absences; otherwise, the lesson will be charged.

• Parents must contact the club administrator to arrange make-up lessons.

• Make-up lessons are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

• Good behaviors are expected from all students. IBC has a strict no-bullying policy.
